Complete your purchase hassle-free by clicking "add to cart" and complete your order. Please double check your shipping address as this is where we will return your shoes once cleaning is complete. (the shipping service you choose in checkout is the type of courier we will use when we send your shoes back to you)
Next, pack your sneakers in a box and send them to our headquarters: Shoebuya, Corso Cavour 36, 25121 Brescia, where our Reshoevn8r cleaning experts are waiting and preparing for the arrival of your sneakers, remember to insert a ticket with the order number inside, once received we will proceed with the service. (The expected timing is 5/7 days).
This service, followed by our industry experts, includes cleaning the upper and midsole, subsole and laces of your sneakers.
*pro tip* When shipping your sneakers, select a service that includes tracking so you can keep an eye on your shoes until they arrive at our address. We suggest adding insurance to your sneakers when shipping, just in case.
We'll start your service and keep you updated along the way. When we're done, we'll mail them back to you ready for their next big appearance.
