How to return

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Claims for items missing or damaged in transit must be received within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

To make a return for an amount exceeding €50, you must send an email to returns@shoebuya.com requesting the return of the order and the reason, after which the label will be sent for the collection of the goods, once received by our warehouse and Once the integrity has been checked, the refund/exchange of size will be processed.

To make a return for an amount less than €50, you must send an email to returns@shoebuya.com requesting the return of the order and the reason, after which you must independently send the goods to our warehouses (attention, the customer is responsible in case of loss of the package), once received by our warehouse and checked for integrity, the refund/exchange of size will be processed.

  • Please place your item in the original packaging and/or a sturdy box.

  • The return must be adequately packaged to protect it from damage during transport. If the items arrive damaged the return will not be accepted.

  • Insert the return sheet provided together with the courier's waybill
  • Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect your return and may result in higher restocking costs for the item.

CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.

*integrity means that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with appropriate security tags applied, otherwise we will not be able to process the refund
